切开复位内固定髌骨骨折57例体会

摘　　要：目的：回顾切开复位内固定治疗髌骨骨折的疗效。方法：对57例髌骨骨折手术治疗的资料进行回顾性分析。结果：随诊6-25个月,平均9.5个月。钢丝环扎加张力带联合固定组26例中25例优良,AO改良张力带固定组31例中有1例发生脱钉内固定失败,再次手术治疗,28例优良。结论：钢丝环扎加＂8＂字张力带固定法是基层医院髌骨骨折较合适的固定方法。Objective： To observe the effect of open reduction and internal fixation to treat patellar fractures. Methods： Open reduction and internal fixation in treatment of 57 cases of patellar fractures. Results： The patients were followed up for 6 to 25 months, average 9.5 months. There are 25 cases which get good results with tensionband fixation excision in total 26 cases.1 case failed with using （AO modified tension band）in total 31 cases, which needs surgery again. Conclusion： tension-band fixation excision is the best method of treating patellar fractures in basic hospitals.
