摘　　要：目的：探讨断指再植患者的术后护理。方法：回顾性分析总结我院2008~2009年42例57指断指再植的护理体会。结果：通过精心护理,指体血运的密切观察,本组成活53指,成活率92.98%。结论：断指再植术后,正确的、精心的护理是确保手术成功的重要环节,早期的功能锻炼是断指再植术后感觉与运动功能恢复的关键,一体化综合的康复功能训练有助于再植指的功能恢复,促进患者早日回归社会。Objective： To investigate the nursing of patients after amputated fingers replantation. Methods： Reviewed and summarized the nursing experience for the patients after amputated fingers replantation between 2008 and 2009. Results： Of 42 cases （57 fingers） replanted, 53 fingers were successful, with a survival rate of 92.98%. Conclusion： After amputated fingers replantation, accurate and elaborate nurse was one of the important factors to insure successful of replantation, early function exercise was the key of the function of sense and movement rehabilitation, the integrative function exercitation helped the rehabilitation of the replanted fingers and promoted the patient regress to society earlier.
