摘  要:目的:探讨压缩雾化吸入麻醉药用于纤维支气管镜检查(FB)术前麻醉的效果。方法:选择需经纤支镜检查的90例病人,随机分为试验组与对照组,试验组50例采用利多卡因氧气雾化吸入麻醉;对照组40例采用喷枪局部表面麻醉鼻及咽部。观察麻醉效果、平均耗药量、检查前后心率(HR)和指端毛细血管血氧饱和度(SpO2)。结果:两组麻醉效果及平均耗药量有显著差异,两组检查前后的心率和血氧饱和度无显著性差异。结论:使用雾化吸入麻醉的麻醉效果明显好于常规方法,是目前较好的雾化局麻方法。Objective: To investigate the anesthetic effect of lidocaine inhalation during fibreoptic bronchoscopy. Methods: 90 patients were randomized into two groups:experimental group (50 patients) anesthetized with lidocaine through oxygen inhalation and control group (443 patients)with lidocaine ejection. The anesthesia effect, lidocaine consumption, heart rate (HR) before and after bronchoscopy, peripheral oxygen saturation measured by SpO2, and side effects were observed. Results: Compared with group control, the anesthetic effect was more significant in the experimental group (86% vs 55%, P〈 0.01). The average lidocaine dose allocated to the experimental group was (12±1.8) ml, significantly lower than that of the control group [(24±2.0)ml,P〈 0.01]. The difference in mean change of blood pressure and oxygen saturation, adverse effects between the experiment group and the control group were insignificant. Conclusion: Lidocaine anethesia facilitated by oxygen inhalation has more effectiveness and less adverse effects, which may serve as a better route than routine method.
