摘　　要：通过我院解剖实验室人员在解剖教学中所起的作用,论述医学高职院校解剖技术人员应具有创新能力,管理能力,维护维修能力,用较强的责任心把解剖专业知识和职业技术相结合,参与到为培养高素质、高技能的实用性人才的教师团队中,并发挥自己的技术优势。By studying the anatomy laboratory personnel in the anatomy teaching, this paper points out that anatomical technical personnel should have the innovation, management, maintenance repair capabilities in medical vocational colleges, with a strong sense of responsibility to integrate anatomical knowledge with vocational technology, to participate in teams of cultivating high-quality, highly skilled team of teachers with practical talent, and play their technological superiority into full use.
