摘　　要：目的分析急性脑血管病患者心电图变化特点。方法收集278例住院的急性脑血管病患者心电图资料并进行分析。结果278例急性脑血管病患者中共有223例心电图异常，发生率高达80．2％，与脑血管病性质无关，与病变部位有关。结论心电图检查对指导治疗急性脑血管病有重要临床意义。Objective To study the feature of ECG in acute cerebrovascular disease. Methods ECG was recorded in 278 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease. Results The 223 patients were found with abnor- mity in ECG, which was dependent of character of ACVD, but related with the part of acute cerebrovascular dis- ease. The disease of thalamencephalon was higher than other parts of cerebral. Conclusion The detection of ECG has important clinical significance in guiding of treatment of acute cerebral vascular diseases.
