摘 要:目的研究放射治疗体位固定材料对表浅组织的剂量影响。方法分别测量在有机玻璃模体上加与不加固定材料时各自的剂量,然后计算出各种固定材料对表面剂量的影响。结果非碳素纤维与碳素纤维固定架分别使表面的剂量增加36.61%和25.68%;真空垫越厚,表面剂量增加越明显;面罩的网孔越大,对剂量的影响越小。结论放射治疗中使用的固定材料均可使表面剂量明显增加,增加的幅度随固定材料的不同有很大的差异。Objective To evaluate influence of immobility equipments on the dose near surface.Methods The ionization chamber in a homogeneous polystyrene phantom was used to measure the central point dose respectively,with and without different immobility equipments on the phantom,then determinate the influence of different immobility equipments on the dose near surface.Results The dose near surface was increased 25.68% by carbon fiber equipment,while that was increased 25.68% by noncarbon fiber one.The beam was modified as it passes through the thicker vacuum bag,causing more increase in the surface dose.The thermoplastic mask with the bigger meshes causes more decrease in surface dose than that with the smaller meshes.Conclusion All immobilization device can increase the surface dose.The surface and near surface dose can be increased by using immobility devices of different materials.
