摘　　要：目的为建立我国SPF级IRM-2小鼠核心群,以满足科研、生产及检定工作不断发展的需要,对普通级IRM-2小鼠进行了剖腹净化。方法采用剖腹摘取子宫术,在无菌隔离器内操作、饲养和繁殖。结果建立了具有12只SPF级IRM-2小鼠核心群,种群生长发育正常。经2次微生物检测,符合SPF级标准。结论通过剖腹技术成功地建立了SPF级IRM-2小鼠核心保种群。Objective To establish a nuclear colony of SPF IRM-2 mice for meeting the needs in scientific research,production and drug quality tests,the conventional IRM-2 mice were cleansed by cesarotomy.Methods The mice were cleansed by cesarean section,and the baby mice were reared and propagated in isolators.Results A SPF IRM-2 nuclear colony with 12 mice was established,and its growth and development of the colony is normal.It met the SPF animal standards indicating by two times of microbiological tests.Conclusion The nuclear colony of SPF IRM-2 mice was established successfully by cesarotomy.
