摘　　要：回顾了我国化学品环境管理制度和机构的建立和发展过程,对目前化学品环境管理的现状和存在问题进行了分析并提出改革建议。In this paper the establishment of chemicals environmental regulations, the administrative organizations and their developing history in China are reviewed. And their current situation and problems are analyzed. Some advice for them are given also.
