冠心病患者生活质量自制量表可行性的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨自制量表用于冠心病患者生活质量测定的可行性。方法参考多个普适量表和疾病特殊量表，对其选项进行精简和调整，自行设计量表对50例冠心病患者进行问卷调查，并对问卷进行效度、信度检验。结果本量表效度系数0．872，信度系数0．942，分析显示，各条目之间具有较好的相关性（r=0.828，P〈0.05）。结论自制冠心病生活质量量表具有良好的效度、信度，可以在临床实践中使用。Objective To investigate the feasibility of the scale-design scale of the quality of life for patients with coronary artery disease. Methods The self-design scale were developed on the basis of some universal scales and disease specific scales. The data of 50 cases of patients with coronary artery disease were collected and the reliability of the validity of the scale were analyzed. Results The validity coefficient of the self-design scale was 0. 872, the reliability coefficient was 0. 942 and all items had a good correlation （ r = 0. 828, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions This self-design scale has the good validity and reliability so it can be used in clinical practice.
