摘　　要：目的探讨先天性心脏病患者体外循环心内直视手术后机械辅助呼吸的最佳时间。方法对382例患者术后机械辅助呼吸的监护过程进行分析研究。结果本组382例患者6h内停用呼吸机者占63．8％，辅助呼吸超过12h者占5．5％，均无应用呼吸机的相关并发症，血氧张力等维持在较满意的水平。结论掌握恰当的停机、拔管时机，加强呼吸系统功能监护及完善的呼吸道护理，对患者的康复非常重要。Objective To summarize the nursing experience of patients with mechanical assist respiration after congenital heart operation. Methods Analyzed and summarized the monitor process of mechanical assist respiration after intracardiac surgery extracorporeal circulation in 382 congenital heart disease pediatric patients. Results Ventilator-related complications did not occur among all of the cases. In addition, PaCO2 and other indictors maintained at appropriate level. Conclusions It is very important for patients＇ rehabilitation to control the proper time of shut down and extuhation, strengthen the monitor of respiratory system function and enhance the nursing of respiratory tract.
