摘　　要：目的:建立排氚片中黄芪甲苷的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Diamonsil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(32∶68),漂移管温度50℃,载气压力2.0bar,蒸发光散射检测器,流速:1.0mL·min-1。结果:黄芪甲苷在0.41～2.45μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),加样回收率100.04%,RSD为0.13%。结论:该方法快速、简便、准确、重复性较好,结果可靠,可用于控制排氚片中黄芪甲苷的含量。Objective：To establish an accurate method for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Paichuan Tablets. Method：Diamonsil C18（4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm）,with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-H2O（32∶ 68）,the detector is Evaporative Light-scattering Detector,The drift tube temperture of 50 ℃ ,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min-1. Result：A good linearity of astragaloside Ⅳ was obtained within the range of 0. 41 ～ 2. 45 μg,the average recovery was 100. 04% and RSD was 0. 14% . Conclusion：The method was simple and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Paichuan Tablets.
