摘 要:目的:采用薄层扫描法测定广西匙羹藤Gymnema sylvestre(Retz.)Schult中牛弥菜醇A的含量。方法:使用硅胶H板,展开剂为苯-乙酸乙酯-甲醇(10∶3∶5),5%香草醛硫酸溶液显色,于105℃加热至斑点清晰,在200nm~800nm范围内进行扫描,检测波长538nm,参比波长700nm。结果:牛弥菜醇A的线性范围为1.025~6.150μg,平均加样回收率为98.84%,RSD=2.02%(n=6),匙羹藤中牛弥菜醇A的含量为2.08%。结论:该法简便、灵敏、准确性高,重复性好,可为匙羹藤药材的定性鉴别和含量测定提供科学依据。Objective:To determine the content of conduriol A in Guangxi Gymnema sylvestre(Retz. )Schult by TLCS. Method:Silica H thin layer plate was used; the developer reagent was benzene:ethyl acetate:methanol (10∶ 3∶ 5),the color reagent was 5% vanillin sulfate solution. The plate was at heating on 105 ℃ ,when the spot was clear; the detection wavelength was 538 nm and the reference wavelength was at 700 nm. Result: The conduriol A was linear in range of 1. 025 ~ 6. 150 μg; the average recovery was 98. 84% ,RSD = 2. 02% (n = 6). The average content of conduriol A was 2. 08% in was simple,sensitive,accurate and had good reproducibility. Conclusion: The method can be used the identification and determination method of Guangxi Gymnema Sylvestre( Retz. ) Schult and qualitatively.
