摘　　要：目的评价ABXMICROS60(以下简称ABX)与BC-3000plus(以下简称BC-3000)2台产地不同的血液分析仪的主要性能,观察2种血液分析仪测定WBC、RBC、HGB、HCT、PLT的结果是否一致。方法所检测的新鲜全血为常规标本和质控液,在ABX与BC-3000血液分析仪组成的检测系统上测定,进行仪器的性能评价对比。结果2种仪器检测的结果比较为WBCt=0.6686<t0.05(19),P>0.05;RBCt=0.0304<t0.05(19),P>0.05;HGBt=0.5446<t0.05(19),P>0.05;HCTt=0.4986<t0.05(19),P>0.05;PLTt=1.4330<t0.05(19),P>0.05。差异均无统计学意义。结论检测ABX和BC-3000血液分析仪性能良好,均能满足血液常规分析的一般要求。2台仪器的结果差异无统计学意义。[Objective]To evaluate the main performance of ABX MICROS 60 hematology analyzer（ABX）and BC-3000 plus hematology analyzer（BC-3000）,observe the difference in detection results of WBC,RBC,HGB,HCT and PLT between two hematology analyzers.[Methods]The blood routine samples and quality control samples were tested by the detection system composed of ABX and BC-3000 hematology analyzer.The performance of two instruments were evaluated and compared.[Results]No significant difference was found in the detection results between two hematology analyzers,which WBC was t=0.6686t0.05（19）,P0.05;RBC was t=0.0304t0.05（19）,P0.05;HGB was t=0.5446t0.05（19）,P0.05;HCT was t=0.4986t0.05（19）,P0.05;PLT was t=1.4330t0.05（19）,P0.05.[Conclusion]ABX MICROS 60 hematology analyzer and BC-3000 hematology analyzer show the good performance and can achieve the clinical demand of hematological analysis.There was no significant difference in detection results between two hematology analyzers.
