摘  要:目的通过对2009年6—11月北京怀柔地区流行性感冒(流感)病原学监测数据的分析,了解北京市怀柔区甲型H1N1型流感的流行趋势,为该地区甲型H1N1流感的防治提供科学依据。方法依据《全国流感监测实施方案》、《甲型H1N1流感病毒实验室检测技术方案》、《甲型H1N1流感监测方案(第二版)》、7500Fast型实时荧光定量PCR的SDS软件操作。结果2009年6—11月共采集流感样病例咽拭子1780件,检出流感病毒核酸阳性507件,阳性率为28.48%。阳性样本中,季节性甲3亚型92件,占18.15%;季节性甲1亚型8件,占1.58%;乙型4件,占0.79%;甲型H1N1型395件,占77.91%。结论2009年6—9月,甲型H1N1型流感的流行趋势为上升状态,但期间季节性甲3亚型仍为主要流行毒株。10—11月,甲型H1N1型流感的上升趋势达到高峰期,甲型H1N1流感病毒为流感流行主要毒株。[Objective]Through analysis on pathogen monitoring data of influenza virus in Huairou District of Beijing during June to November in 2009,to analyze the epidemic trend of Influenza A H1N1,and provide scientific evidence for control of it.[Methods]The analysis was based on "Implementation of National Influenza Surveillance Program","Laboratory Testing Technology solutions for Influenza A H1N1 Influenza Virus","Influenza A H1N1 Surveillance Program(2nd Edition)" and the SDS software of 7500 Fast real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR.[Results]Totally 1780 swab samples of influenza-like illness were collected,507 were detected influenza virus nucleic acid positive,the positive rate was 28.48%.Of 507 isolates,92(18.15%)were seasonal influenza A(H3N2)viruses,8(1.58%)were seasonal influenza A(H1N1)viruses,4(0.79%)were influenza B viruses,395(77.91%)were influenza A(H1N1)viruses.[Conclusion]The epidemic trend of influenza A H1N1 viruses was on the rise from June to September in 2009,seasonal influenza A(H3N2)strain was the main virus.From October to November,epidemic trend of influenza A H1N1 upward reached its peak,influenza A H1N1 strain was the main virus.
