摘　　要：目的探讨螺旋CT对肾上腺疾病的定性诊断价值。方法回顾性分析48例经手术病理证实的各类肾上腺疾病的螺旋CT征象，并结合术后病理，分析螺旋CT征象与病理存在的联系，提出螺旋CT对肾上腺疾病的定性诊断价值。结果螺旋cT在肾上腺占位的形态、大小、密度、强化程度、边缘、及对侧。肾上腺情况有一定特征性表现，这些表现与术后病理存在一定联系。结论螺旋CT对肾上腺疾病的定性诊断有较大的临床价值，若能结合临床及内分泌检查，将大大提高术前对肾上腺疾病的定性诊断。Objective To evaluate the spiral CT for the quality of adrenal disease. Methods CT manifestations of 48 cases with pathological documented adrenal disease were retrospectively analyzed, and the correla- tion between the pathological results and CT manifestations were studied. Results There were some imaging fea- tures in shape, size, the value of CT, the degree of enhancement, margin, the adrenal of opposite side. These CT manifestations were connected with the pathological results. Conclusion These characteristic imaging features are helpful in the diagnosis of the quality adrenal disease. We should evaluate the lever of diagnosis of the quality of adrenal disease before the operation if we connect with the character of spiral CT and the laboratory test.
