摘 要:目的:研究供体小鼠骨髓来源的未成熟树突状细胞(Immatureden dritic cell,imDC)对小鼠同种异体牙移植后排斥反应的抑制效果。方法:运用50U/ml粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor,GM-CSF)诱导出小鼠骨髓来源imDC,流式细胞术鉴定细胞表型,并于同种异体牙移植前1周以2×106个/只回输入受者体内,组织病理切片观察imDC对小鼠同种异体牙移植后排斥反应的抑制效果。结果:imDC回输组与未回输imDC的同种异体牙移植组相比,淋巴细胞浸润减少、炎症反应减轻。结论:imDC可以减轻同种异体牙移植后的排斥反应。Objective: To investigate the suppressive effects of immature dendritic cells derived from donor bone on mice allogenic teeth rejection. Methods: immature dendritic cells derived from mice bone marrow were generated with 50 U/ml granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor; the phenotype were analyzed by flow cytometry. 2×106 imDC per mouse were administered to the recipients through tail vein 7 days before allogenic teeth transplantation. The suppressive effects of imDC on transplantation rejection were observed through histological section. Results: The infiltration of lymph cell and Inflammatory reaction in allogenic teeth transplantation group were reduced after administration of imDC to the recipients.Conclusion:The allogenic teeth rejection could be lessened by imDC.
