新型扩张皮肤面积测量法——薄膜涂色法的实验评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨一种精密、准确、简便、高效且适用于临床的扩张皮肤面积测量新技术方案。方法:采用重复测量设计分别获得薄膜涂色法、传统方法及金标准方法3组数据。其中薄膜涂色法依据技术流程通过三维模转换为二维数字图像,结合IPP6.0医学图像分析软件测得面积资料。各组资料运用SPSS统计分析软件做独立样本均数的t检验,分别比较新方法、传统方法与金标准方法的统计学差异。以变异系数(Coefficient of variation,CV)度量技术方案的精密度;以各组测量均数与金标准测量均数之间的差异度量技术方案的准确度。结果:t检验t1,3=0.107,P>0.91,薄膜涂色法与金标准差异不具有统计学意义;t2,3=19.150,P<0.01,传统方法与金标准方法差异具有统计学意义。CV1=1.97%,CV2=2.52%,CV3=0.04%,各组精密度均符合CV<5%的标准;x1=71.217cm2,x2=79.779cm2,x3=71.183cm2,薄膜涂色法测量均数与金标准测量均数相差0.05%,准确度符合标准;传统方法测量均数与金标准测量均数相差12.08%,准确度不符合标准。结论:薄膜涂色法是一种精密、准确、简便、高效的扩张皮肤测量方法,适于在临床及科研领域中推广。Objective：To investigate bepainted membrance method（BMM） for measuring expanded area in skin and soft tissue expansion（SSTE）.Method：To establish three groups of SSTE measuring method model：BMM model,traditional model and golden standard model.Using BMM to obtain 3D images from standard.Flat 3D images to 2D images and translate them to the digital images.Three groups of expanded area data which were measured by Image-Pro Plus（IPP） from digital images has been collected statistics with Statistical Product and Service Solutions（SPSS）.Repeated measurement design has been chosen in this research.Determining t-test to appraise the different between each group.The coefficient of variation（CV） was used as an indicator of precision;the difference between arithmetic mean and physical standard was used as an indicator of accuracy.Result：Statistical analysis shows：t-test：t1,3=0.107,P0.91,no significant different was found between BMM and golden standard;t2,3=19.150,P0.01,significant different was found between traditional method and golden standard.CV1=1.97%,CV2=2.52%,CV3=0.04%.The difference between arithmetic mean and physical standard in BMM group is less than 0.05%.Conclusion：The BMM described in this research represents a precision,accuracy,without any damage,and inexpensive simple technique to measure the expanded area of SSTE in clinic.
