尼尔雌醇对去卵巢大鼠骨大小和骨量的影响

摘　　要：用测定骨大小和骨量的方法,观察尼尔雌醇对去卵巢大鼠骨大小和骨量的影响。将32只健康4月龄雌性SD大鼠随机分成4组:正常对照组、假去卵巢组、去卵巢组、去卵巢+尼尔雌醇组。去卵巢+尼尔雌醇组大鼠于去卵巢手术后第2天开始给予CCE3灌胃,1 mg/(kg.BW),1次/W,持续11周。结果表明,去卵巢大鼠骨直径、骨体积、骨湿重、骨湿重/体重、骨干重、骨干重/体重、骨干重/骨体积等指标均低于假去卵巢组。去卵巢大鼠给予尼尔雌醇后,骨直径、骨体积、骨湿重、骨湿重/体重、骨干重、骨干重/体重、骨干重/骨体积等指标均较去卵巢组增加,并且基本上恢复至对照组水平。提示尼尔雌醇有利于改善去卵巢大鼠的骨大小和骨量。To investigate the influence of nylestriol（CCE3） on bone size and quantity of ovariectomized rats,32 female Sprague-Dawley（SD）rats were divided randomly into 4 groups：①normal control group,②sham-ovariectomized group,③ovariectomized group（OVX）,④ovariectomy plus CCE3 group.The rats in the ovariectomy plus CCE3 group took CCE3（1mg/kg per week）from the 2nd day after operation for 10 weeks.The results show that ① the bone diamete,bone volume,bone wet weight,bone wet weight/body weight,bone dry weight,bone dry weight/body weight,bone dry weight/bone volume were significantly lower in the ovariectomized group than in the sham-ovariectomized group;②CCE3 opposes the changes of the bone diamete,bone volume,bone wet weight,bone wet weight/body weight,bone dry weight,bone dry weight/body weight,bone dry weight/bone volume of the OVX rats.It concluded CCE3 was propitious to improve the bone size and quantity of ovariectomized rats.
