摘  要:工业化养鱼不污染环境,达到"零排放",是一种善待地球的经济发展模式。而工业化养鱼的鱼菜共生系统则属于典型的生态循环经济,无废化生产模式,使养殖污水资源化,其经济效益超过传统养鱼,是21世纪的朝阳产业。可是,鱼菜共生不是单纯的鱼和菜的组合,还必须有微生物及其催化剂的参与,是横跨四个学科技术的一项系统工程,是生物多样性与科技多样性的集成,变数较多,尚待人们进一步实践、研究与优化组合。Industrialized aquiculture does not pollute the environment, which is called "zero-emissions", and it is a kind of earth-friendly mode of economic development. Fish and vegetable symbiotic system is a typical eco-circulating economy model, which makes aquaculture sewage to be resources, and its economic benefits are more than traditional culture system. It is a sunrise industry in the 21st century. However, fish and vegetable symbiotic system is not a simple combination of fish and vegetables, but also needs micro-organisms and their catalysts for participation. It is a systematic project across four areas of science and technology, and needs to be in further practice, research and compounding optimization.
