摘  要:高压蓄能器是氮爆式液压打桩锤液压系统中的关键部件之一,为深入研究高压蓄能器与主油路不同连接形式对液压打桩锤系统压力波动幅度、打击频率以及系统工作稳定性的影响,现以ZCY70液压打桩锤为例,采用MATLAB/Sim-ulink/Simscape基于原理图的物理仿真工具模块进行建模仿真。通过对有、无高压蓄能器时系统的对比仿真分析,得出高压蓄能器对减小系统压力波动幅度和直接提高打击频率具有积极作用;通过对有、无单向节流阀时系统的对比仿真分析,得出单向节流阀对提高系统工作稳定性具有重要作用。研究结果对更进一步研究液压打桩锤的工作机理,以及国产液压打桩锤整体性能的提升具有重要意义。The high pressure accumulator is one of the most important parts of the nitrogen-exploding hydraulic piling hammer hydraulic system.To research the magnitude effects that the different connecting manners of high pressure accumulator bring to the pressure fluctuating range,the beating frequency and the stability of the system.The ZCY70 type hammer was taken for example.And the software MATLAB/Simulink/Simscape which is a simulating tool base on principle was used to molding and simulating.From the contrast simulations that whether there is a high pressure accumulator in the system,know the positive effects that the high pressure accumulator brings to alleviate the pressure fluctuation range and to increase the beating frequency.From the contrast simulations that whether there is an orifice check valve in the system,the important effect the orifice check valve brings to improve the stability of the system can be found.Furthermore,it has practical significance to further research of the mechanism of the hydraulic hammer as well as the improvement of the whole performance of the homemade hydraulic pile hammer.
