摘  要:目的:观察蛞蝓胶囊对致豚鼠全身过敏反应的情况和大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应的影响。方法:用蛞蝓胶囊作为抗原,对豚鼠进行致敏和攻击。将SD大鼠随机分为蛞蝓胶囊高剂量和低剂量组、阳性对照组和生理盐水对照组,分别进行被动皮肤过敏反应实验,观察皮肤反应斑的光密度变化。结果:蛞蝓胶囊未引起豚鼠发生全身过敏反应。天花粉组的吸光度值与生理盐水组比较,差异有显著性。而蛞蝓胶囊组与生理盐水组比较,差异无显著性。提示蛞蝓胶囊不会引起大鼠同种被动皮肤过敏反应。结论:蛞蝓胶囊对实验动物无致敏性。OBJECTIVE To investigate the systemic anaphylaxis effect of Slug capsule injection on guinea pig and passive cutaneous anaphylaxis on rat. METHODS Using Slug capsule as antigen, carried on sensitizing and attacking of anaphylaxis on guinea pig. The rats were allocated to normal control group, positive drug group, Slug capsule high dosage group and Slug capsule low dosage group randomly. Optical density(OD) value of cutaneous reaction macula was detected after passive cutaneous anaphylaxis experiment. RESULTS Systemic anaphylaxis wasn't induced by Slug capsule on guinea pig. Compared with the normal control group, the OD value of trichosanthis group was elevated obviously. While there were no different between Slug capsule treated group and nomal control group. CONCLUSION Slug capsule causes no anaphylaxis on experimental animals.
