摘 要:目的:研究大黄素与不同中药活性成分配伍后体外抗疱疹病毒Ⅰ(HSV-Ⅰ)的作用,并对其抗病毒机制进行初步探讨。方法:用不同组成、不同浓度的中药溶液处理HSV-Ⅰ感染的Vero细胞,72h后四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)法测定细胞活性并用空斑减数法进行验证。结果:在Vero细胞系中,所有经配伍后的中药组合都有一定的抑制HSV-Ⅰ的细胞病变效应(CPE)的作用,使细胞存活率提高,同时其细胞毒性也有所降低。结论:中药配伍大黄素后,可以起到减毒增效的作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the anti-herpesvirus-I activity of the compatibility of emodin and other medicine component in Vero cells, and to explore their mechanism of antiviral action. METHODS Vero cells infected by HSV- I were cultured with different concentration and proportion of the emodin and other medicine components for 72 hours and their inhibitory effects on HSV- I replication were evaluated with cell survival rates by MTT assay and Lacunae Subtrahend assay. RESULTS In the Vero cell system, all the medicine components could inhibit cytopathic effect(CPE) of HSV-infected cells, and increase cells survival rates,the toxicity of emodin was reduced. CONCLUSION The toxicity of emodin was reduced and its anti- HSV- I activity was enhanced by the compatibility of other medicine components.
