摘 要:湖南省水稻辐射诱变育种工作始于20世纪60年代,至21世纪前通过省级审定的直接利用60Co-γ射线辐射育成的品种9个,间接利用(与突变体杂交)育成的品种有10个。21世纪初湖南水稻辐射诱变育种树立创新目标,开展辐射诱变新材料评选、新种质创制、新品种选育等工作,2001~2009年,通过省级审定的品种(组合)3个,同时获得了一批高产、优质(红米、白米),抗倒、抗高温、高结实率的早、中、晚稻特异种质资源。Radiation-mutation breeding of rice in Hunan Provi nce has been started from 1960s,and before 21st century,there were nine provincial approved varieties that directly bred by radiation of 60Co-γ ray and 10 provincial approved varieties that in-directly bred by radiation of 60Co-γ ray.At the beginning of 21st century,it created a new goal for radiation-mutation breeding of rice in Hunan Province,and a series of works that selecting new material of radiation-mutation,developing new germplasm and breeding new variety were conducted.2001~2009,three provincial approved varieties(combinations) were obtained,meanwhile,a passel of special germplasm resources of early,middle and late rice were obtained,which have characters of high yield,quality(red rice and white rice),lodging resistance,high temperature resistance and high setting percentage.
