摘  要:在室内测定了不同剂量微波处理对空育131的种子发芽率及产量的影响。通过1a的小区对比试验,结果表明,微波处理B的空育131种子的发芽率为90.0%,常规空育131种子发芽率为86.3%;微波处理B的空育131产量为7425kg/hm2,常规空育131产量为7026kg/hm2。应用微波处理种子可以达到提高发芽率和增产的目的。试验中还发现,处理B好于其它处理。Effects of different doses of microwave treatment on seed germination rate and yield of Kongyu 131 were tested in the laboratory.Through one year district comparative trial,the results showed that the seed germination rate and yield of Kongyu 131 that treated by microwave treatment B were 90.0% and 7425 kg/hm2,respectively;the normal seed germination rate and yield of Kongyu 131 were 86.3% and 7026 kg/hm2,respectively;effect of microwave treatment B was better than others.Therefore,the method of microwave treatment can improve seed germination rate and yield.
