摘 要:在不同的熔制气氛条件下熔制玻璃料。利用红外光谱测试玻璃羟基含量;通过挑料、拉丝方法观察了不同熔制气氛条件下玻璃的粘度变化;利用光学显微镜观察了玻璃试样中的气泡形态与数量。研究结果表明:模拟全氧燃烧气氛条件下熔制的玻璃中水分含量达到了309~344μg/g,远高于未通入任何气氛条件下所熔制玻璃中的含水量。全氧燃烧条件下,炉气中会产生大量的水分,水分以羟基(—OH)的形式进入玻璃熔体,使得玻璃熔体粘度小于空气助燃的,从而有助玻璃的澄清,得到的玻璃熔体质量优于空气助燃的。全氧燃烧和富氧环境下的样品气泡大而少,而空气助燃下的样品气泡则小而多。也进一步说明了水分对玻璃熔体有一定的澄清作用。A series silicate glasses were synthesized under different melting atmospheric conditions.The OH contents of glasses were tested by infrared spectrometric analyzer.The changes of glass viscosity under different melting atmosphere were observed by gathering and wire-drawing methods.The shapes and quantities of bubbles in glass were studied by optical microscope.Results show that the water contents of glasses melted under oxyfuel atmosphere are up to 309~344 μg/g,which are far higher than those of glasses melted under air atmosphere.Under oxyfuel firing conditions,there has much more water vapor in furnace atmosphere than air firing conditions,water enters into glass melts in the form of OH groups,reduces the glass viscosity,helps glass fining and improves glass melt's quality.Bubbles in glass are bigger in size but less in quantity under oxyfuel and oxygen-enriched firing conditions than those under air firing condition,which also implies that water can helps glass fining.
