摘  要:利用CS-m-D六面顶压机,对钴掺杂氧化锌Zn1-xCoxO(x=0,0.02,0.05,0.1)纳米粉末样品,在温度为600℃和压力为常压、4 GPa、6 GPa的条件下进行高温高压处理。通过对样品的X射线衍射分析和伏安特性测量,结果表明,高温高压能够有效促进材料晶粒成长,并有效提高样品的压敏特性。同时,实验显示,不同组分的Zn1-xCoxO样品中,x=0.05的样品具有较好的压敏特性。另外,通过分析指出,高温高压下掺杂样品产生的晶界偏析也是提高样品非线性的原因之一。Samples with nominal composition of Zn1-xCoxO prepared by a standard solid-state reaction method were processed under temperature of 600 ℃ and different high pressure treatment.The microstructure of the obtained samples was characterized by scanning electron microscopy.Effect of high pressure and temperature treatment on various properties was studied by the measurement of the I-V characteristics.The results show that the appropriate pressure and temperature treatment can effectively decrease the various voltages of the samples by promoting the growth of the grain.It is also found that the nonlinear coefficient changed associated with grain boundary segregation under the high pressure and temperature treatment.
