摘 要:研究了PA11/纳米Al2O3复合材料的摩擦性能。考察了纳米Al2O3含量及速率对材料摩擦系数和磨耗性能的影响,进行了涂覆花键轴的台架试验和道路行驶试验,并与尼龙11进行对比。结果表明,复合材料中纳米Al2O3为9%时材料的耐磨性能最好。SEM图片表明复合材料的磨损机理从纯PA11材料的粘着磨损转为轻微的磨粒磨损和粘着磨损。尼龙11与纳米Al2O3复合材料能明显提高花键轴的使用寿命。This paper aims to study the frictional behavior of the automobile spline shaft coated with PA11/nano-Al2O3 composites.It explores the influences of different contents of nano-Al2O3 and velocity on the friction coefficient and abrasive resistance of composites and carries out the bench test and riding test on the coated spline shaft.Moreover,the friction properties of PA11/ nano-Al2O3 coated spline shaft have been compared with those of PA11 coated spline shaft.The result indicates that the abrasive resistance of composites with 9% nano-Al2O3 are the best.The SEM picture shows that the abrasion mechanism of complex materials has been changed from the adhesive wear of pure PA11 into light abrasive grain wear and adhesive wear.Both nylon 11 and nano-Al2O3 will be able to obviously improve the useful time of splined shaft.
