摘 要:从污水处理厂的活性污泥中分离纯化得到5株硝化细菌,经初步鉴定分别属于Nitrosomonas sp和Nitrobacter sp。对影响硝化作用的环境因素进行了考察,确定了最适合硝化细菌生长的条件。将硝化细菌投加到含氨氮的生活污水和氮肥厂污水中,对氨氮去除率分别为99.5%和97.4%,而对照样分别只有82%和79%;并且只需在实验初期投加一次,即可获得持续稳定的去除效果。Five strains of nitrobacteria were separated and purified from activated sludge of sewage treatment plants,which were identified as Nitrosomonas sp and Nitrobacter sp,respectively.The environmental factors affecting the nitrification were investigated and the most suitable conditions for the growth of the nitrobacteria were determined.With the addition of the nitrobacteria into the domestic NH3-N sewage and nitrogen fertilizer plant wastwater,the removal rate of NH3-N was 99.5% and 97.4%,respectively,while that for the control was only 82% and 79%.Moreover,continuous and stable NH3-N removal effects could be achieved with only one addition at the initial stage of the experiments.
