摘 要:采用盆栽试验,探讨了污泥、粉煤灰和石灰改良土壤对小白菜的生长状况及重金属吸收的影响,并研究其食用安全性。结果表明,添加污泥为5%~10%时能明显促进小白菜的生长,提高其产量。污泥量到达15%以后,其生长受到明显抑制。小白菜对Cu、Zn、Pb、Cr的吸收量基本都是随污泥添加量的增多而升高,少部分出现先升高后降低的状况。添加粉煤灰和石灰能明显降低小白菜对重金属的吸收,当添加20 g/kg的粉煤灰时,对Cu、Zn、Pb、Cr的吸收量的最好降低效果可分别达57%、66%、53%、54%;当添加1.5 g/kg的石灰时,对Cu、Zn、Pb、Cr的吸收量的最好降低效果可分别达58%、61%、52%、51%。The effects of soil improvement with sludge,fly ash and lime on the growth and heavy metal uptaking of pakchoi was explored by pot experiments,and the edible safety was studied.The results showed that the addition of sludge by 5%~10% could improve the growth and increase the yield of pakchoi significantly.After the addition of sludge attained 15%,the pakchoi growth was inhibited.Cu,Zn,Pb and Cr concentrations in pakchoi were basically increased as sludge increased,small part rose first and fell later.Adding fly ash and lime could decrease heavy metal uptaking by pakchoi significantly.The best inhibition rate was 57%、66%、53% and 54% respectively at addition quantity of fly ash of 20 g/kg,The best inhibition rate was 58%、61%、52% and 51%respectively at addition quantity of lime of 1.5 g/kg.
