摘 要:以工业4号活性炭为载体,制备了磺化酞菁钴(CoSPc)改性活性炭,考察了改性活性炭制备工艺条件对净化模拟电石炉尾气中H2S性能的影响;对空白活性炭、改性炭吸附前后进行N2-BET和SEM表征分析。结果表明,H2S的净化效果随NaOH溶液浓度的增加而增加;当NaOH溶液浓度一定时,NaOH/CoSPc的配比达到100μg/g、干燥温度130℃、焙烧温度350℃为改性活性炭的最佳制备条件。结合N2-BET、SEM和EDS表征分析表明:改性后的活性炭S容量增加,净化效果明显。Activated carbon 4#(AC4) was modified with sulfonated cobalt phthalocyanine(CoSPc) impregnant and the factors influencing its preparation for purifying H2S in stimulated system were investigated.Fresh activated carbon,modified activated carbon,and modified activated carbon saturated with H2S were characterized by N2-BET and SEM.The results show that the purification capacity of sorbent is improved with the increasing of NaOH concentration;and 100 μg/g of NaOH/CoSPc,130 ℃ of drying temperature and 350 ℃ of calcination temperature are optimum conditions for preparing modified activated carbon.Further,N2-BET,SEM and EDS analysis indicated primarily that the sulfur capacity increased by modified activated carbon,and the effect of purification was obviously.
