摘  要:对型钢翼缘外伸的空腹箱形型钢混凝土梁进行了竖向荷载作用下的试验研究,变换纵筋配筋率、腰筋配筋率、配箍率等参数,分析空腹箱形型钢混凝土梁的承载能力、破坏形态、箱形型钢与混凝土的共同工作效应。试验研究表明型钢翼缘外伸的空腹箱形型钢混凝土梁的整体性能好,具有较高承载力、良好的延性,外伸翼缘箱形型钢和外包钢筋混凝土梁协同工作能力强,空腹箱形型钢设置可以有效地降低构件的自重,提高结构的经济性能。实际工程应用中,注意型钢外伸翼缘处混凝土的施工质量,保证型钢与混凝土粘结良好。Experimental investigations of hollow box shape steel reinforced concrete girders,the box shape steel with flanges hanging outside,under vertical loads were carried out,and bearing capacity,failure modes,cooperation effects of box shape steel and concrete were analyzed by changing ratios of flexural reinforcements,web reinforcements and stirrups.Experimental results show that the hollow box shape steel reinforced concrete girders are of better integral behaviors,high ultimate bearing capacity,good ductility;much better cooperative work between embedded box shape steel with flanges hanging outside and reinforced concrete beam enclosed outside can be achieved.Meanwhile the weight of structural members can be effectively decreased by employing hollow box shape steel and the economic characters of the structures can be improved.In engineering applications,special attentions should be paid to constructional quality of concrete part outside the hanging flanges of shape steel,and bonding effects between shape steel and concrete should be guaranteed.
