摘　　要：萧山区先后建成多个独立污水处理系统,在运行管理过程中积累了一些经验。针对污水厂运行成本控制问题,对初沉池、二沉池、浓缩池进行了比选,并提出了一些改进措施,还对防腐、变频器等设备选择提出了建议,可为一些污水处理厂设计、优化和节能降耗提供参考。Several separated sewage treatment systems were built in Xiaoshan district. During the operation management, some operation experience was accumulated. Aiming at the operation cost control, the primary sedimentation tank, the secondary sedimentation tank and the thickener tank were com- pared, and some improvements were proposed. Suggestions on selection of the anti-corrosion, inverter and other equipment were made. All these can provide reference for process design, optimization, energy saving and consumption reduction in sewage treatment plants.
