芩连温胆汤治疗急性气管-支气管炎158例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察芩连温胆汤治疗急性气管-支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:治疗组80例用芩连温胆汤加减治疗,对照组78例用头孢噻肟钠治疗,两组均治疗3～7天。结果:治疗组总有效率96.25%,对照组总有效率79.49%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:芩连温胆汤治疗急性气管-支气管炎有较好疗效。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of the Qin lian wen dan decoction to acute tracheobronchitis. Method： The treatment group use the Qin lian wen dan decoction, and the control group use the cefotaxime sodium, Both groups 3 - 7 days for a period of treatment. Result ： Two group of common materials are different, treatment group total effectiveness 96. 25%, control group total effectiveness 79.49%. Conclusion：Qin lian wendan decoction to acute tracheobronchitis is effective.
