摘　　要：目的:探讨虎杖不同极性提取物指纹图谱特征峰所代表的化学成分与抗菌、抗肿瘤活性的相关性,为建立"指纹图谱与药效关联"的中药质量控制模式提供理论依据和数据支持。方法:用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法研究虎杖不同极性提取物的指纹图谱;用抗菌、抗肿瘤试验比较其生理活性的差异性;采用灰关联度分析其谱效关系。结果:虎杖不同极性提取物的HPLC指纹图谱具有明显的差异,其抗菌、抗肿瘤活性与指纹图谱具有一定相关性。结论:本试验对虎杖不同极性提取物的谱效关系进行了初步的探索性研究,可为中药"谱效关联"的指纹图谱的建立提供新的思路。OBJECTIVE：To study the correlation between the fingerprint peaks of the different polar extracts obtained from Polygonum cuspidatum and their antibacterial and anticancer activities and to provide theoretical basis and statistical support to ＂fingerprint associated with phamracodynamics＂ quality control model of TCM.METHODS：HPLC method was adopted to study the fingerprint of the different polar extracts obtained from Polygonum cuspidatum.The differences of physiological activity were compared in antibacterial and anticancer tests.The relationship of fingerprint with pharmacodynamics was analyzed using gray relational grades.RESULTS：There were obvious differences among the HPLC fingerprints of different polarity extracts,and the antibacterial and anticancer activity were correlated with the fingerprints.CONCLUSION：The correlation between fingerprints and pharmacodynamics are investigated preliminary,which offer a new concept of ＂fingerprint associated with pharmacodynamics＂ study.
