摘　　要：目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定毓麟合剂中川续断皂苷Ⅵ含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Zorbax EcLipse XDB-C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.01mo·lL-1盐酸溶液(69∶31),流速为1mL·min-1,检测波长为212nm,柱温为20℃。结果:川续断皂苷Ⅵ的检测浓度在0.022～0.23mg·mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9989);平均回收率为101.33%,RSD=2.35%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、易行、精密度高、重复性好,可用于毓麟合剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE：To establish HPLC method for the content determination of asperosaponin Ⅵ in Yulin mixture.ME-THODS：The separation was performed on Zorbax EcLipse XDB-C18（150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） column with mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.01 mol·L^-1 hydrochloric acid （69：31） and flow rate of 1 mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was set at 212 nm and column temperature was 20 ℃.RESULTS：The linear range of asperosaponin Ⅵ was 0.022～0.23 mg·mL^-1（r=0.998 9） with an average recovery of 101.33% （RSD=2.35%,n=9）.CONCLUSION：The method is convenient,simple,accurate and reproducibility for the quality control of Yulin mixture.
