213例住院病人院内感染与抗菌药物利用流行病学调查

摘　　要：为促使临床用药合理化,我们运用《抗菌药物利用流行病学调查软件包》对213例住院病人进行院内感染和抗菌药物利用的流行病学调查。调查结果,我院院内感染发生率为8.9％,住院患者抗菌药物应用率88.73％,用药情况基本合理。治疗用药占52.4％,预防用药占47％。To impel clinical rational use of druge, a survey of epidemiology on 213 cases of in-patients with infections in hospital and utilization of antibacterial agents were conducted. The result showed that the incidence rate of infection in hospital was 8. 9% , applying rate of antibacterial agents in in-ptients was 88. 73% . The state of drugs to be used was rational basically. The drugs used for treatment accounted for 52.4 % , for prophylaxis 47 %
