摘　　要：探讨了高校图书馆对中小企业提供数字化参考服务的重要意义,分析了中小企业的信息需求特点,提出了适合于中小企业的高校图书馆数字化参考服务的方式。This paper probes into the significance of university library＇s providing digital reference service for small and medium-sized enterprises,analyzes the features of information demand of small and medium-sized enterprises,and puts forward some modes of digital reference service of university library fitting in with small and medium-sized enterprises.
