摘　　要：以温岭市图书馆为例,通过对数字资源建设模式、采购成本的分析,说明中小型图书馆应根据读者对信息需求的变化来合理分配和调整资金投向,利用有限的采购经费最大限度满足读者的需求。Taking Wenling Library as an example,this paper analyzes the digital resource construction mode and acquisitioning cost,and illustrates that small and medium-sized libraries should make rational distribution and adjust the orientation of fund investment according to the changes of readers＇information demand,and utilize the limit acquisitioning fund to meet the need of readers in the maximal degree.
