摘　　要：以国家特色专业建设点要求为依据,结合水利水电工程特色,从市场定位、培养目标、教学计划、课程体系、教材与课件建设等方面对华北水利水电学院水利水电工程特色专业规划建设和培养研究应用型人才方面进行了探讨。Based on the requirements of national characteristic specialty construction point,and connecting with the features of water conservancy and hydropower project,this paper probes into the planning and construction of characteristic specialties and the cultivation of research-application-oriented talents in water conservancy and hydropower project of North China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power from aspects of the market positioning,cultivation targets,teaching plans,curriculum,and the construction of teaching materials and courseware,etc.
