摘　　要：目的:寻找高效低毒的抗艾滋病药物。方法:以抗艾滋病药物扎西他滨为先导物,以取代桂皮酰基对其进行结构修饰。结果:合成了3个N-2,′3′-双脱氧胞苷取代桂皮酰胺衍生物。结论:新化合物的结构经IR、1H-NMR和MS确证。Objective：In order to search for anti AIDS agents with high potency and low side-effect.Methods：using anti-AIDS agents Zalcitabine as lead compound,from which three cinnamamide derivatives were synthesized via condensation with the corresponding substituted cinnamyl chlorides.Results：Three compounds were synthesized.Conclusion：The chemical structure of the new compounds was characterized by IR,1H-NMR and MS.
