Phadiatop吸入性过敏原过筛试验的初步应用及评价

摘　　要：建立Phadiatop吸入性过敏原过筛试验,并对临床应用作初步评价,方法 用UniCAP荧光酶免系统对68例过敏性鼻炎和34例过敏性支气管哮喘者进行Phadiatop试验,同时在鼻炎组与过敏原皮肤试验作比较。结果 两组分别检验出44例(64.7％)和21例(61.8％)Phadiatop试验阳性。在过敏性鼻炎组阳性率显著高于过敏原皮肤试验(P<0.05)。Phadiatop阳性患者中有80％血清总IgE升高,有95.4％检出各类吸入性特异性IgE阳性。对参考血清、阴性质控物、阳性质控物监测试验获得日间CV分别为3.7％、9.4％和8.1％。结论 初步应用表明Phadiatop是一项敏感、可靠的过敏原过筛试验。To establish Phadiatop system.a serological test for screening inhalant allergies and evaluate the clinical application . Methods and Results showed that positive percentage were 64.7 and 61.8 respectively in 68 rhinitis and 34 asthma patients.The positive rate of this test was significantly higher than that of intrademal test(P<0.05).In Phadiatop positive patients,80% of their total serum IgE were higher than normal level and 95.4% of at least one sort of their serum special IgE was positive.By continuing determination of reference,negative and poritive control serums.the mean of day-to-day CVwere 3.7%,9.4%and 8.1%,respectively. Conclusion Our study shows that Phadiatop is a sensitive and specific test for screening inhalant allergies.
