摘　　要：了解住院患者假单胞菌属下呼吸道感染的临床特点及药敏。方法 做细胞培养及鉴定并以纸片法(Kirby-Bauer法)测定该菌的体外药物敏感性。 结果 同期在131株假单胞菌中,铜绿假单胞菌72株,恶臭假单胞菌36株。伴混和茵42.5％,混和菌主要为大肠埃希氏菌,阴沟肠杆菌。药敏提示假单胞菌呈多重耐药。结论 该菌有较低的营养要求及对大多数抗菌药物耐药,所以应用抗菌药物因人、因时、因地而异。细菌培养及药敏结果不容忽视。To investigate the clinical features and the sensitivity to antibiotics in inpatients with respiratory tract infection due to pseudomonas genus.Methods Drug sensitivity was tested by kirby-Bauer.Results Among 131 strains of pseudomonas genus,pseudomonas aerugries and pseudomonas putida were 72 and 36,respectively.And 42.5% cases had another bacterium infection,most of which were Escherichia coli and E.cloacae.Sensitivity to antibiotics in vitro showed multi-drug resistance. Conclusion Antibiotic-selecting should be different depending on different situation because of bacterium's lower requirement for nutrition high drug resistance etc,and sputum culture and result of sensitivity to antibiotics are also important and must not be neglected.
