摘　　要：通过文献分析和实证研究等方法分析相对年龄对青少年儿童足球运动员选材制度产生的负面影响,并从当前训练和竞赛的分组入选制度方面进行研究。研究认为,改革基于日历年龄的分组入选制度、采用基于生物年龄的分组入选制度、采用多重标准的分组入选制度,可提高青少年儿童足球运动员选材的成功率。Through using the method of literature review and empirical research,this paper studies the negative effect of relative age on junior football player＇s talent identification in currently grouping selection system of training and competing.The result shows that the grouping selection system based on calendar age should be reformed and the biological age should be adopted in grouping selection.The use of multi-standard in grouping selection system can promote the successful rate of junior football player＇s talent identification.
