摘　　要：公职人员财产申报信息公示机制,作为公职人员财产申报制度中的一项制度安排,其本质在于通过对申报资料的公开,以便于人们判断公职人员的私利与公职之间是否存在冲突,从而实现对公职人员财产变化的社会监督。国外的实施经验以及近年来我国一些地方党政机构的探索表明,必须健全财产申报制度的监督功能,发挥其独特的政治功效。为此,应结合中国的政治体制与现实情况构建配套机制。The property-publicity mechanism is an institutional arrangement in property declaration system for public officials. The nature of the property-publicity mechanism is to make all the data and information reported by the officials open to the public, which can facilitate people＇s judgments about whether there is a conflict between their official duties and self-interests, and form a social supervision on the changing property status of public officials. The implementation experience in foreign countries, as well as China＇s own exploration of the property-publicity mechanism, which held by some local government institutions in recent years, prompts us to analyze and improve its supervision functions and its unique political efficacy in improving the whole property declaration system. Therefore, the supporting mechanisms for its implementation should be built by combining it with China＇s political system and reality.
