摘 要:目的:分析考察不同年龄组患者在肾移植(RT)术后0~3、3~6、6~12及12mo以上环孢素A(CsA)谷浓度的差异以及年龄与CsA谷浓度的相关性,为指导临床合理用药、提高治疗效果提供依据.方法:患者按年龄分为A组(<45a)B组(45~60a)C组(≥60a),采用荧光偏振免疫(FPIA)法,对327例次RT术后患者进行常规CsA谷浓度监测.并对监测结果进行统计学处理和归纳、分析.结果:C组患者在术后后期的谷浓度明显高于A、B组(P<0.01);而A、B两组患者中、后期之间浓度均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),C组术后各个时期间谷浓度无显著差异.结论:RT术后CsA谷浓度与年龄存在一定的相关性,可能与不同年龄患者的清除率不同及RT术后各项生理功能恢复程度不同有关.AIM:To investigate:①the difference of the minimum concentration (Cmin)of cyclosporine A(CsA)among the patients at different ages after 0-3,3-6,6-12 mo and more than 12 mo of their renal transplant(RT) operation;②the correlation between age and Cmin of CsA in order to provide appropriate advice on the use of drug. METHODS: The Cmin of CsA of 327 RT cases was monitored using the method of fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA). The patients were divided into 3 groups according to their age:grope A was under 45 a with an average of (34. 74±6. 57)a,grope B was between 45 a and 60 a with an average of (51. 42 ±3. 53)a,grope C was above 60 a with an average of (66. 87±2. 25)a. RESULTS:The results were statistically analysed and the patients in grope C is significantly higer than that in grope A and B(P<0. 01) during more than 12 mo period;A significant dif-ference was found on the Cmin of CsA of patients in grope A and B between the period of 6-12 mo and more than 12 mo after their operation (P<0. 01). But little difference was found on that in grope C during those two periods. CONCLUSION:There is exists some correlation between age and Cmin of CsA,which might be due to the different clearances of paitients at different ages,as well as the extent of recovery from the operation.
