摘　　要：老年人性犯罪是一个危害很严重的,但常被忽视的社会问题。研究老年人性犯罪问题对于提高老年人性犯罪的矫治效果、促进家庭幸福、构建和谐社会具有重要意义。本文论述了我国老年人性犯罪的原因,主要包括生理、心理、家庭、社会等因素;针对性地提出了老年人性犯罪的矫治对策,主要包括法制教育、心理矫治和社会帮教。Sex offence of the old male is a serious but ignored generally social issue. Researches on it are significant to improve treatment effectiveness on the old sex offenders,to made family happy,and to build a harmonious society. This paper review reasons of the older sex offence,chiefly including physiological,psychological,family and social factors; some treatment countermeasures on the old sex offenders are advanced by these reasons,including legal education,psychological treatment,social help and education.
