摘 要:21世纪家具零售全行业进入过剩时代,各种业态之间相互竞争且共存,都在相应细分市场保持着相对的竞争优势。由于家具零售行业存在着产权分治、供应链合作不紧密和销售手段落后及服务水平低下的共性问题,制约行业的发展和企业的壮大。因此,培育集约化组织、专业化经营、体验式营销和全过程服务的大型绿色家具超级市场是行业发展的未来。After entering the 21st century,the furniture retail market is competing more fiercely;although entire industry already enters excessive economy times,the market demand is increasing fast,all kind of types are competing as well as cooperating with each other,which is expected to keep their own competitive advantages.Due to the common problems in furniture retail industry including separate management in ownership and operating,cooperating unclose in supply chain,old-fashion selling means and low service level,which will be the constraints to the development of the industry as well as the enterprises.Therefore,cultivating intensive organization,professional managing,experiencing marketing and whole-process servicing of green environmental large-scale furniture supermarket is the main goal in the furniture industry for developing.
