摘　　要：目的观察米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤(MTX)治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法将确诊为异位妊娠并有保守治疗指针的患者随机分为单用甲氨蝶吟组(对照组),甲氨蝶吟配合米非司酮组(实验组);比较两组的治愈率、血HCG下降速度及不良反应发生情况。结果两组的治愈率、用药后血β-HCG下降速度比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生情况无显著性差异。结论同等条件下米非司酮联合MTX治疗异位妊娠疗程短、疗效高、安全、有效。Objective To research on the curative effect on ectopic pregnancy with the combined treatment of Mifepristone and Methotrexate.Methods Divide the patients who had been diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy and implemented expectant treatment into two stochastic groups： one group＇s patients（the control group） only took Methotrexate as a single treatment while another（the experiment group） took the combination of Mifepristone and Methotrexate.Compare the recovery rates,blood HCG dropping speeds and other ADRs between the two groups.Results With comparisons after receiving treatments,the recovery rates and blood β-HCG dropping speeds between the two groups had shown significant differences（P〈0.05）.Differences of ADRs between the two groups were not significant.Conclusion With other factors controlled,the combined treatment of Mifepristone and Methotrexate on ectopic pregnancy had shown short course of treatment,high effectiveness as well as safety.
