MEBO对深Ⅱ度烧伤胶原Ⅰ Ⅲ Ⅳ型变化的研究

摘　　要：目的：以MEBO治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤观察创面愈合前后ⅠⅡⅣ型胶原变化。探讨MEBO与烧伤疤痕间关系。方法：设治疗组与传统干性治疗组各15例并切取治疗前后活体组织用免疫组化SP染色法观察治疗前后胶原ⅠⅢⅣ型变化。结果：MEBO治疗组Ⅰ型含量（＋）－（＋＋）12／15，（）3／0；Ⅲ型（＋）－（）15／6，（）0／9；Ⅳ型（＋）－（＋＋）15／3，（）0／12。对照组Ⅰ型（＋）－（＋＋）15／13，（）0／2，Ⅲ型（＋）－（）14／14（）0／1，Ⅳ型（＋）－（）14／11，（）0／4，（见表1）。结论：MEBO治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤创面修复愈合过程对疤痕具有影响，三种类型胶原中以Ⅰ变化不大，Ⅱ、Ⅲ型变化明显。与对照组比较这两种胶原变化是有差异的。本组病例较少不宜做统计学处理。但从中可以见到临床创面未形成增殖。性疤痕与胶原的变化不无关系。The effect of MEBO on the histochemical change in collagen Ⅰ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ in deepsecond degree burn wounds was investigated arid the relation betweeri the change in collageri and formatiori of scar was discussed. Chmpared with the results of collagen histochemical change in deep seconddegree burn wounds treated with conventional therapy, MEBO treatment had more significant effect onthe charige in collagen Ⅲ and Ⅳ. This effect may be closely related to the scar formation reducing effect of MEBO.
