湿润烧伤膏纱布治疗Ⅲ度褥疮的体会

摘　　要：目的：观察湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）治疗Ⅲ度褥疮的疗效。方法：将经高压消毒、规格为4cm×10cm的纱布条，浸入温化的MEBO中，制成MEBO纱布。褥疮创面或窦道腔经清创后，用MEBO纱布覆盖或充填，每日换药1～2次，至创面愈合。结果：5例髂部、骶尾部面积3cm×4cm～11cm×20cm的Ⅲ度褥疮，经20～50天治疗，均获治愈，其中3例遗有疤痕。结论：MEBO治疗Ⅲ度褥疮疗效明显；MEBO纱布覆盖褥疮创面或充填窦道的换药方法，优于通常采用的MEBO涂抹法。5 cases with third degree decubital ulcer in iliac and sacrococcygeal regions. The ulcerarea, from 3 cm× 4 cm to 11 cm× 20 cm, were treated with MEBO gauze. MEBO gauze was appliedon the wounds or packed into the wound cavity. The dressing was changed 1 to 3 times a day until thewounds healed. Ail the wounds healed in 20 to 25 days, only 3 cases had scar formed. Application ofMEBO gauze is more effective than smearing MEBO directly on the wounds.
